I used vapor for a six week cycle 4 days a week
my first 2 times using it 1 scoop I got wicked headaches!!!!! after that thank god they went away or vapor would have ended up in the can.

I olny take 1 scoop, I’m 6′ 2″ 205 lbs that has worked well for me. i haven’t felt it necesary to take anymore.

best flavor is (grape flavor) 7/10 mix with 4 oz water mixes well too

I tried bsn no xplode it works excellent with no side effectsi decided to go with muscletech nano vapor first day i took one scoop , i didnt feel any thing second day i decided to take two scoops and wow, very great pump and energy , super fast acting also , i was very happy 4 results after 3 times of great pump ,energy ,focus i had nausea some headache

I cannot continue with these side effects but really the great pump and energy i felt i dont want to leave the gym.

please someone advise me what to do and tell me y i feel this damn nausea?

you probably get the naseua because you upped the does to 2 scoops almost imediatly, and didnt allow your body to adapt to the product…. so it probably is shocking your system giving you the naseua feeling. Think of it this way its like a person who has never drank a beer before slamming 5 beers then gets a sick feeling while someone who has been drinking for years doesnt get that any feeling at all off 5.

I would recommend taking a scoop right off the back to let your body get use to nano apour then when your next workout takes place take 2 scoops and you should feel it working got amazing pumps with lots of energy also noticed that it worked alot faster took it about 10 minutes before my workout and notice it as compared to other products which sometimes take up to an hour to notice and dramatical effects
